Class of Young Girls Practicing Arches
NOTE:  
Intermediate and Advanced TUMBLING program is open to Tri-Town Knights (Poland, Minot and Mechanic Falls) that participated in our cheer program this past year and plan to participate next winter or PRHS High School cheerleaders.

Beginner Tumbling is open to any child in Poland, Minot and Mechanic Falls...see age groups below.

Non-resident Fee:  Per town guidelines, we are expected to charge a non-resident fee for these classes.  We do not charge a non-resident fee during competition season because the cheer program covers the non-resident fees for Minot and Mechanic Falls residents.

Class options:
Session I  Beginner
Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm 
Mondays starting April 6 and ending May 25 
Resident = $40.00  (7 hours = Avg $5.70 per class)
Non-Resident = $45.00 (7 hours = $6.43 per class Minot and Mechanic Falls)
 
Session II  Beginner
Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm 
Tuesdays starting April 7 and ending May 26 
Resident = $40.00  (7 hours = Avg $5.70 per class)
Non-Resident = $45.00 (7 hours = $6.43 per class Minot and Mechanic Falls)

Session I  Intermediate
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm 
Mondays starting April 6 and ending May 25 
Resident = $40.00  (7 hours = Avg $5.70 per class)
Non-Resident = $45.00 (7 hours = $6.43 per class Minot and Mechanic Falls)

Session II  Intermediate
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm
Tuesdays starting April 7 and ending May 26 
Resident = $40.00  (7 hours = Avg $5.70 per class)
Non-Resident = $45.00 (7 hours = $6.43 per class Minot and Mechanic Falls)

Intermediate- Must be able to do a...
-Forward roll
-Backward roll, Handstand for 3 seconds
-Cartwheel R and cartwheel L.
-Round off
-1 hand cartwheel both sides
-Front kick over and back kick over  
 
Session I  Advanced
Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm

NOTE:  If participant numbers are low, the instructor may consider combining certain classes.

Please bring the following:  Hair in an elastic, clean sneakers, water bottle, either a body suit or at least a t-shirt and shorts.
