Summer Sports Camps


Throughout the Summer, we hold several camps for Youth Sports

Basketball Camp
Cheer Camp
Field Hockey Camp
Football Camp
Soccer Camp 

Registration for Summer sports camps typically open around May 1st


BASKETBALL CAMP
Basketball camp is hosted by the PRHS coaches and players, and is held at Poland Regional High School. This is a week long camp. 
Registration and payment will go through PRHS. 
A flyer will be emailed and posted to Facebook. 
Cost = $25-$175 (half day, single day, and full week tuition costs are available)
Daily focus will be individual offensive and defensive skills, team offensive and defensive concepts, Basketball reads and habits, individual and team competitions. Daily lunches provided. 
Campers attending 3 days or more will receive a t-shirt


CHEER CAMP
Grades PreK-8th (Entering in the Fall)

PreK-4th Grade Cheerleaders will learn:
Cheer Dance
Motion Drills
Basic Tumbling
Basic Stunting
Team Building
Cheer 

5th-8th Grade Cheerleaders will learn:
This level will focus more heavily on stunting and stunting safety, while also including:
Motion Drills
Cheer
More Advanced Tumbling
More Advanced Stunting
Team Building 

CAMP DATES & TIMES: TBD (Typically the first or second week of August)

COST
PreK-4th Grade = $40
5th-8th Grade = $50
Includes a t-shirt 

Be prepared for camp:
Campers are asked to wear shorts, t-shirts and sneakers. Hair must be tied back and out of the face.


FIELD HOCKEY CAMP 
Poland Regional High School coaches and players will provide a fun skill building experience for new and veteran players to help prepare for the upcoming season! We will also run camp scrimmages during the week, to help players work on field positioning, strategy, team concepts, etc... This camp will be open to our program and other surrounding programs.
Camp participants will receive a t-shirt!
Camp Dates: TBD (Typically in July)
COST = $50
Location: PRHS Fields 


FOOTBALL CAMP
Hosted by our new Football Director, Scott Philips, and PRHS Coaches and Players. 
DESCRIPTION: 
Participants will break into age appropriate groups and work on fundamental Football skills and agility. Time will also be spent on fun competitive activities that reinforce Football and athletic skills as well as building enthusiasm for the game at each age level.
COST = $15
Location: PRHS Fields
GRADES: 3rd-8th (entering in the Fall)
DATES: TBD (End of July)
 

SOCCER CAMP
We are excited to be teaming up with our awesome High School coaches and players to bring you a well structured soccer camp this Summer.

GRADES = K-8th (entering in the Fall)

Grades K-2 (1 week) = $30
Grades K-2 (Both Weeks) = $50
Grades 3-8 (1 week) = $50
Grades 3-8 (Both weeks) = $90
