We will do our best to accommodate the players who wish to play soccer as well.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
We are excited to offer youth Field Hockey for Poland, Minot and Mechanic Falls.
GRADES:  Boys & Girls Kindergarten through 6th grade (ENTERING IN THE FALL)

K-2 is an instructional program - 2 nights per week with a few possible games with other towns on the weekends.  Number of games will all depend on how many other towns offer this age group.

Grades 3-6 will have 2 practices per week. Games are usually played on Sundays.  If we participate in any jamborees this year, those are usually held on Sundays as well.


COACHES
Jill Beaucage and Ashley Black will be managing the program.  We will also have assistance from some of the high school players.  If there are any other parents that wish to help out at practices and games, please contact Jill Beaucage at: 207-576-9863 by the July 15th deadline.


COST
Grades K-2 = $50.00
Grades 3-6 = $60.00 


UNIFORM
Each player will be issued a jersey with their last names printed on the back that they will get to keep at the end of the season.

We are seeking a sponsor for our Field Hockey program:
$400.00 - The business name would be placed on the jerseys.  If interested you can text or call Scott Segal:  207-838-8632. 

EQUIPMENT: If you need equipment, Gee & Bee sells a Field Hockey package (Includes a bag, stick, shin guards and goggles). 

We also do have a few goggles, sticks and shin guards that we can sign out to your child(ren). This is done on a first come first serve basis.

Do you need Cleats?
Stop by and check out our sports recycling program.  There is no cost. We do not hold sizes, instead we ask that the person(s) needing cleats or shin guards stop in and try them on.  

Do you have cleats, shin guards, or sticks to donate?
If so, please drop them off at our office.  We will clean them and make them available to families in our communities at no cost!


PRACTICES
Regular Practices will begin late August 
Practice Days: TBD
Location: High school Field Hockey field-park in student parking lot (first parking lot on left when you turn into the school campus.  Walk thru gate entrance (near track)  go straight along dirt road, first field on left) next to the field house.

FUNDRAISER
Note: * We are no longer offering the prize calendar fundraiser.  We have adjusted the prices accordingly.  

Each player will be entered into a raffle drawing.  Prize TBD.

Scholarship money is limited.  We will do our best to support your family. Money received from T-shirt sales will help fund this program.
