Town Hall Rental
Our Poland Town Hall is available to rent out for various events and organizations. Please call our office for date availability.
If the date you are requesting is available, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This gets subtracted from your rental total.
RATES (2 hour minimum)
School/Municipal = No Charge
Non-Profit (must be registered) = $15/hour
Poland Residents = $25/hour
Non-Residents = $40/hour
For Profit = $50/hour
For Profit Full Day = $250
Note that for events that alcohol is being served, you will be required to hire a police officer (currently $100/hr) as well as provide insurance. We do offer TULIP insurance. Ask our office FMI
Other Deposits Required:
We ask for a pre-written check in which we hold that acts as a Key & Cleaning deposit. This deposit totals $90
