Thanks to the generous contributions of some Poland businesses and resident’s, we are in our
5th year of our scholarship program for Poland children to attend Camp Connor this summer at
a significantly reduced rate.
Any Poland resident 1st thru 8th grade can apply if they are eligible for “free” lunch thru their school.
Note: Poland home school families can apply as well, with
the understanding that financial info. would need to be provided to verify need.
Please contact our office if you have questions @ 998-4601 option 5. 

Campership = $120 off per week, per child if approved. Families would still be responsible for
paying the difference; see camp costs in the enclosed information.
Please complete the following form and drop off to the Poland Parks & Recreation Dept by
no later than March 1st.
By signing this form, you are stating your child(ren) receives free lunch thru the school
department and that your child is a Poland resident
